MSME SURVIVAL FUND & GUARANTEED OFFTAKE SCHEME
The MSME Survival Fund is a conditional grant to support the vulnerable micro and small enterprises in meeting their payroll obligations and safeguard jobs in the MSMEs sector. The scheme is estimated to impact on 35,000 individuals in Yobe State.

KEY FEATURES OF THE SURVIVAL FUND
PAYROLL SUPPORT
Supporting 500,000 vulnerable MSMEs in meeting their payroll obligations of between N30,000 to N50,000 per employee over 3 months.
FORMALISATION SUPPORT
Provision of free CAC Business Name Registration for 250,000 new businesses.
BUSINESS GRANT
MSME Grants under the Survival Fund will also support 100,000 businesses most affected by COVID-19 pandemic with N50,000 each.
ARTISANS AND TRANSPORTATION WORKER
The MSME Survival Fund will provide further support for 333,000 Artisans and Transport services providers nationwide to reduce the effects of income loss.
GUARANTEED OFFTAKE
The MSME guaranteed Offtake Scheme will ensure bulk purchase of products from 100,000 MSMEs to protect jobs and livelihood nationwide.
TARGETED BENEFICIARIES
Targeted beneficiaries include employees of MSMEs and Self-employed individuals, with provision for a 45% female participation and 5% special needs participation.
